Through the app, patients can access Mediclinic's Virtual Clinic services, including scheduled video and phone consultations, as well as on-demand care through chat or video consultations. After completing a short symptom survey, patients can connect with an experienced doctor in real time, receive medical advice, obtain prescriptions where appropriate and be referred to specialists if clinically required.

 

The app also includes family linking capabilities, allowing parents and caregivers to securely manage appointments, medical records and healthcare journeys for children and dependents within the same platform.
